The Savage Gear 3D Line Thru Trout was developed using a detailed 3D scan of a real trout. This resulted in a swimbait that is nearly indistinguishable from a real fish. This model features the famous Line Thru system. The trace runs through the head of the bait, allowing the body to slide up away from the hooks during a strike. This prevents the pike from using the weight of the trout as leverage to throw the hook.
