Right of Withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period)
You have the right to cancel and return your online order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. This is your legal right of withdrawal. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back to us.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item is complete, unused, and undamaged.
- The item is, if reasonably possible, packed in its original factory packaging.
- Products that have been custom-made or specially prepared (such as spooled fishing lines or fresh bait) cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for returning an order from your home address to our store are for your own account, unless it concerns a defect or an incorrectly delivered item. Make sure you apply sufficient postage to the package and consider sending it by registered mail; the risk of the return shipment lies with you.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return in good order, we will refund the order amount due within 14 days to the bank account you used to make the original payment.
