Delivery Times
When you place an order with Hengelsport 2000, you can be sure that we will handle your order with great care. If you place your order before 12:00 PM, we aim to deliver it within 1 to 3 working days. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
Shipping Costs
All sales prices shown on our webshop include VAT, but exclude shipping costs.
- Within the Netherlands: For orders under € 100, we charge € 7.50 for shipping. Orders over € 100 are delivered completely free of charge (with the exception of unusually long packages such as one-piece fishing rods).
- Outside the Netherlands / Wadden Islands: Different rates apply. In the final step of your shopping cart, before you finalize your payment, you will see exactly what the shipping costs are for your specific address.
Store Pickup
Of course, it is also possible to pick up your order free of charge at our physical store in Diemen Zuid. How does this work?
- Place your order via the webshop and choose Pick up in store at the shipping options.
- You can pay for the order securely online in advance, or you can choose to pay at pickup (we accept PIN/card and cash).
- We will contact you or you will receive a message as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
